SIZES

Although we try to be as consistent as possible when sizing our garments, sometimes sizes vary from group to group, fabric to fabric, and season to season. We may decide that a particular fetish item looks better really tight and corseted. In this case it may run small. We may decide that a particular pair of guys' pants looks better a bit baggy. These get cut loose and a bit big. Items made of fabrics with stretch to them (poplin, lycra, spandex, vinyl, just to name a few) might be cut on the small side since they have give when worn. Whatever the case, because of the ever-changing nature of the garment industry, and the fact that we literally have hundreds of styles on our website at any given time, it is impossible to label each style individually with how it fits. Besides, our customers are far too varied in height, weight, and general dimension for it to be accurate for everyone anyhow. Our size chart is as accurate as it gets and is meant only as a guideline. These measurements do not correspond to the garments but to the person wearing them and a link to our size chart is located at the bottom of every page on our site. SITE INVENTORY AND THE PRODUCTS WE CARRY

Our website does not acces our warehouse's inventory count in «real time».That's because we are dependet od the current stocks at the manufacturers. If for some reason we are sold out of an item in the particular size and color you want, you will be notified via e-mail provided at login. This way you'll be notified via e-mail as soon as the item you wanted is back in stock! Please note: The e-mail notification option is style/color/size specific! If you attempt to order a black dress in size medium and it is out of stock, you can then be notified about the black dress in size medium. The website will not notify you if we receive a large in black or a small in red, for example; Only the black dress in medium. So be sure to fill out the form for only the style/color/size combo you wanted to buy. In some cases, colors shown in a product's swatch are not in the "COLOR" drop down menu as a choice to buy. If a color is in the swatch picture, that means we probably made it in that color at some point. However, if it's not in the color choice drop down menu, it means we no longer have it in stock. It's really very simple: If you don't see it as a choice, ya can't choose it! Our items are seasonal and are therefore ever-changing. Once an item has run its course and the inventory has been depleted (run out) we will remove it from the website if we will no longer be making more. There's always a slight chance it might be made again, but your safest bet is to assume it will not. Hence why we say "buy now or forever hold your 'piece'!" PAYMENTS

On our website we accept only Visa, American, MasterCard and bank transfres as payment. Sorry, CASH, CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS and PAYPAL ARE NOT ACCEPTED! No exceptions. Maby in some future we will accept these methods, when we do you will be notified.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship to just about anywhere in the world except for a handful of countries as listed on our SHIPPING RATES PAGE. We cannot make exceptions to this, so please do not ask. Additionally, before ordering please see our SHIPPING POLICIES page for information on international taxes and duties as this information is very important for all customers ordering from outside of the Croatia! International customers can also pay by Visa, American or MasterCard. International shipping costs vary by destination country and will be calculated at the time of checkout. Once you place your order, if you need to know what your total is in your currency, a good currency converter is located at http://www.xe.net/ucc/ . All prices on our website are in Croatian Kuna or Euro on the English language version. However, when the transaction record reaches your bank, they will automatically convert the amount of your total into your local currency. That amount and currency will show on your statement and will be deducted from your account.

HOW WE SHIP OUR ORDERS

Our orders are shipped via HP, HP EXPRESS or EMS depending on the location of the recipient. Orders within the CROATIA, whether "Rush" or "Normal", usually ship within 1 day or 8 weeks of receipt of the order.This is so because some items are special orders an it takes time to arrive from manufacturer to us. "Rush" orders are shipped via HP EKSPRESS and take 2-3 business days to reach their destination and "Normal" orders take 2-3 weeks to reach their destination. International shipments, packages shipped to P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses, are shipped via EMS or Priority Mail and take 1-3 weeks to arrive, depending on their destination. Rush shipping is NOT available for international, P.O. Box, or Military addresses.

NOTICE TO OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so you should contact your local customs office for further information before ordering from our website. When you order from Azdaja Boutique®, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving goods. We cannot and will not mark packages as "gift", "sample", or anything other than "merchandise" on the applicable customs forms nor will we reduce the value of said package to lessen the taxes and duties levied against the recipient. No exceptions will be made to this policy!

HOLIDAY EXTENDED RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

For the 2007 holiday season, we are extending our return & exchange policy on purchases to allow an additional two weeks for customers to return or exchange merchandise purchased in the month of December 2007. Items must be returned and received by us no later than January 30, 2008. Closeout items for exchange ONLY. Seasons greetings and happy shopping! Your sanity and satisfaction are our top priorities. Since we feel your fear when buying clothing online, we are as lenient as possible with our return policy, without being complete pushovers. However, a large amount of responsibility lies with the customer when shopping online. Make sure you take a look at our size specs and that you're satisfied with your order before you checkout. Check the color, size, and quantity of each item in your cart to ensure your order is as you wanted it. And, as always, feel free to e-mail to us with any specific questions you may have about a particular style at info@azdaja-boutique.com

OUR POLICIES

If for some reason you are not pleased with the item once you've received it, we will take it back within 15 days of the date you received it and an exchange or a refund will be granted. The item(s) must be SHIPPED within 15 days from the date HP or HP EXPRESS claims the package was delivered (remember, we have tracking numbers for every package that leaves our facilities and we can find out when the package was delivered to you). Travel time for the package to make it from you to us is not included in this 15 day count. Although we may be more lenient with the 15 day time period in regards to exchanges if extenuating circumstances apply, we will not refund your money if the item(s) is not returned to us within the 15 days! We cannot be held responsible if you went on vacation to Europe for 4 months and forgot to send the pants back before you left, your computer had a virus and you couldn't get online to contact us (there's always the phone!), or your dog ate your homework, so to speak. We also WILL NOT issue a refund for the shipping fees unless the shipping company (HP, HP EXPRESS) or Azdaja Boutique® delayed your order or you received items other than what you ordered! Changing your mind about an item or an order you placed after you receive it is your prerogative and we are not responsible for shipping charges if you do so.

CLOSE OUTS/SALE ITEMS

Any items listed in our "Close Outs/Sale" section and any items listed at a discounted or sale price are exchange only! No exceptions! This information will be noted in red text at the bottom of your shopping cart review page every time you add a "Close Out" or "Sale" item to your shopping cart. Additionally, every Close Out or Sale item ordered will be clearly marked "CLOSE OUT: EXCHANGE ONLY" on the invoice provided in your package.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE ITEMS

In your package you will receive an invoice that has a return form on the back of it. Simply fill it out based on the instructions listed and send it to the address on the front of the invoice, marked ATTN: RETURN. On the off chance that you don't receive an invoice in your package, this is what you need to do: 1. Write a note giving us your full name, address, phone number, e-mail address, what items you are returning (style number, color, size, and quantity, please!), why you are returning them (didn't fit, didn't like, etc), and what you need us to do for you (exchange for a different size/color/style, refund your money, etc.). Be sure to include the style number, size, color, and quantity of what you want if you are asking for an exchange! If this information is missing, it will delay the processing of your exchange. 2. Wrap the note up with the garment and ship it back to us via whatever shipping company you wish to:Draconigena d.o.o., Karažnik 72, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. 3. Insure the package with the shipper and/or request a proof of delivery or signature confirmation! We know this costs an extra dollar or two but believe us it's worth it. If you ship your return without this added precaution, we, and the company you shipped the package with, are not responsible if it is lost or damaged. Please take this advice!!

WHAT MAY BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED

ANY GARMENTS BEING RETURNED MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION. Do not cut off the label or care instructions that are sewn into the garment before you try the item on and have decided to keep it permanently. Removal of any tags that are sewn into the garment will result in a non-returnable garment. Additionally, we appreciate your effort to look and smell good and understand your possible need to smoke, but PLEASE, NO BODY GREASE/DRY SKIN FLAKES, FOOD STAINS, RANK SMELLS, CIGARETTE SMOKE, DEODORANT, LOTION, FILTH, STENCH, OR STAIN OF ANY KIND SHOULD HAVE COME INTO CONTACT WITH OUR MERCHANDISE IF YOU WANT TO SEND IT BACK!! And for goodness sake, don't WASH it!! I know this all seems obvious, and maybe a little harsh, but you'd be surprised what people try to return sometimes. Besides, would YOU want to buy a shirt Jane Doe got deodorant on or John Smith smoked a pack of Lucky Strikes wearing? I didn't think so… If we receive your garment back and it has obviously been worn, stepped on, or otherwise fouled, it will be immediately sent back to you and the credit card on file for your account will be charged for the shipping fees. No exceptions!! In short, you must return the garment exactly as you received it.

RESTOCKING FEES

We know it's hard to figure out your size when you can't try things on first. We also know that it's hard to tell if the color you see online is going to be exactly the same as the color of the garment you receive (I can almost guarantee you it will be off in some way, FYI, as monitors vary). However, if you must chronically buy $500 worth of clothing only to return more than half of it (50%) 15 days later, you'll get our dander up. Should this happen, we will warn you in writing with your next order that we reserve the right to impose a "restocking fee" on your next large return. The restocking fee is equal to 30% of the original price paid for every item returned. Example: Say $200 worth of a $250 order is returned to us for a refund. 30% of $200 is $60. $200 - $60 = $140 which is the amount that will be refunded to the credit card on file. If we receive your return and feel a restocking fee is justified, we will contact you via e-mail and/or telephone before taking any action in order to give you the opportunity to do an exchange instead. Whether or not a restocking fee is applied is based on individual circumstances and cannot be predicted before the items are returned. CURRENCY ISSUES

All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
